- Handling existing and new customers, opening new selling channels and new opportunities.
- Daily calls and visit activities to follow up with the customers to identify their new requirements and fulfill their needs.
- Promote Naffoc’s complete product range & services, and provide competitive data to team leader
- Generate new leads from existing customers and follow closely until delivery and collection.
- Negotiate technical and commercial terms to close deals properly within the company’s policy and profit goals under direct mentor & supervision of the team leader.
- Market survey by approaching under-construction projects to get new leads, opportunities and new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and objectives
- Nurture strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
