- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with job seekers and professional organizations.
- Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media sites.
- Manage internal and external job postings and advertisements.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
- Work with hiring managers to schedule interviews and coordinate the entire recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in recruitment.very good English speaker.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing and applicant tracking systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
