- Social Insurance Forms: Review, approve, submit, and archive forms (S1, S2, S6, etc.), manage car insurance certificates for compliance.
- Social Insurance Operations: Handle tasks like inspections, referrals, work injuries, pension settlements, and issuing employee documents.
- Health Insurance: Manage Form 111, issue health cards, process wage reimbursements, and ensure employee rights.
- Attendance Tracking: Apply attendance rules accurately to protect employee and company rights.
- Termination Process: Complete end-of-service tasks, including resignation, clearance, dues, and experience certificates.
- Complaints and Inquiries: Resolve employee issues and inquiries for improved productivity.
- Employee Database: Update and resolve HR database issues.
Bachelor's Degree.2-4 years of experience.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
