Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Satisfaction Specialist at 4Level1 in Giza. The specialist will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilize analytical skills to assess and improve customer experiences.
