- Ensure operations processes are in compliance with established policies as well as regulatory standards in all business units of SGH Egypt
- Provides administrative direction for staff and operations of infection prevention, safety / risk management, quality, performance improvement, and for medical staff services
- Conduct quarterly audit on all business units of SGH Egypt to ensure compliance with all standards requirements of national & international accrediting bodies & submit comparison reports with recommendation to SGH Egypt executive management team
- Ensure Evaluation of data and performing statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and Risks in all business units of SGH Egypt
- Receive quarterly reports from all business units of SGH Egypt related to quality, patient safety, risk management, patient experience, infection control & facility management and safety activities & indicators
- Provides regular communication and reports to SGH Egypt board of directors related to quality/ safety/risk management and compliance activities at each business unit including an annual safety report and annual programs & plans evaluation
- Comply with the hospital general policies and instructions
- Comply with Dress Code, Personal Hygiene and Punctuality Systems
- Perform other requested task by OPS Manager
BC. Degree in any medical discipline .TQM Certification +1 year experience or CPHQ + 2yrs. Experience.Experience Requirements :4-6 Years Advanced knowledge in Total quality management, hospital & healthcare management is preferred.Basic knowledge of data analysis and management.Advanced interpersonal skills, task management, planning and organizing competencies .
