Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage leads through calls, presentations, and tailored solutions.
- Develop and present proposals that address specific customer needs, including responding to RFQs and offering industry-relevant solutions.
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up effectively, secure orders, negotiate pricing, and arrange timely deliveries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in generator technology to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver top-notch support.
- Provide assistance to customers .
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales tactics and improve customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Prepare and process product orders while coordinating delivery schedules.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or working with generators. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.Car ownership is a MUST (as the role involves customer visits and fieldwork).Residency near Dokki, Giza is a plus.
