Maintenance Machine Technician
Qualifications
- Electrical ,Mechanical diploma, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in maintenance or repair of industrial equipment, in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in a painting industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of control systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance is performed on production equipment according to procedures and with cost efficiency in mind.
- Manage Spare Parts Inventory
- Identify and track necessary wear parts for machines under your responsibility, ensuring timely replacements.
- Ensure Optimal Equipment Functionality
- Maintain the smooth operation of production equipment and installations to support continuous production. Timely Delivery of Orders
- Oversee that production equipment supports on-time order delivery schedules.
- Uphold Equipment and 5S Standards
