- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, mediations, or arbitrations.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws relevant to the organization’s operations.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks through policy development and strategic planning.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities when required.
- Support various departments on legal matters, including employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.Licensed to practice law.3–7 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or relevant legal fields.Strong knowledge of corporate law and employment law.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
