Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Travel Consultant

Travijoy Holidays - 6th October City.

We are Hiring qualified outbound Travel Consultant

**** Preferred 6th October city and Giza Residents ****

- Experience minimum 5 years in Travel Agency Operation.

- Handle all outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.

- Handle tailor made requests. Preparing quotations and itineraries.

- Handling all travel Corporate Business requests

- Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours and activities inside Egypt. Interact with clients over Phone, E-mail. Handling invoices and issuing of vouchers.

- Handling all MICE requests for groups, meetings , conferences , events , etc. .

- Following up the file from arrival date till departure date.

- Solving problems that may guest faces during their trip.

- Oversee all aspects of the visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and deal with all applications by post and all type of visas, ensuring that the client is suitable and all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of different travel destinations and attractions
• Experience in booking flights and accommodations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using travel booking systems
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is beneficial
