Organizational Development Specialist

  • Develop and update all the organization’s Job descriptions through conducting Job analysis meetings, and questionnaires that provide detailed information about job positions to facilitate Job evaluation process when requested or any change applies.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Manage Performance management cycle including End of year appraisal, coaching sessions  and mid-year review; and identify the areas of improvement to develop performance levels and ensure abiding by the bell curve assigned each year.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Set the quarterly plan for the newcomer's product knowledge Training & orientation program.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps and develop workforce planning strategies to meet business goals.

achelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of learning and development principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.fluent in English language skillsExcellent interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills.
