Job Description:
• Calling potential clients, explaining the services and fixing appointments for Business development team to meet.
• Accurately recording the details and status of the calls/entering them in the CRM/updating records.
• Developing in-depth knowledge on the services offered.
• Continually meeting and exceeding the daily/monthly targets with respect to call volumes and business.
• Initiating repeated orders by follow up phone calls after the customers' deals.
• Carrying out market research on how to address customers.
• Preparation of Comparison of competitors' offer conditions.
• Address any questions or issues customers may have.
• Communicate with customers and offer solution based on their requirements.
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
• Track and document calls and sales.
• Prepare and present achievements monthly reports and KPIs.
Job Requirement:• 1-3 years of experience in a Sales, Customer Service or related role, preferably in tele sales/telecalls.• Excellent telephone etiquette • Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations.• Strong customer-orientation and communication skills.• Ability to work towards strict targets.• Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.• Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times.• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
