Office Manager

  • Maintain smooth office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Perform various tasks such as reception duties, copy editing, and providing support as needed.
  • Organize and manage schedules, including meetings and events.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working with ACAD (AutoCAD) software.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
  • Responsible for purchasing office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Prepare reports, compose correspondence, and assist in drafting new contracts.
    Create professional presentations and other management-level reports.

Proven experience as executive secretary, office manager or similar administrative roleProficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industryFamiliarity with basic research methods and reporting techniquesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsOutstanding communication and negotiation abilitiesIntegrity and confidentialityDegree in business administration or relative field
