Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with professionalism and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

Communication & Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment with the CEO’s directives.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

Project Management:

Assist in tracking the progress of key initiatives and projects.

Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for decision-making.

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Confidentiality & Professionalism:

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.

Represent the CEO in a professional manner during all interactions.

Miscellaneous Duties:

Assist with personal tasks and errands when necessary.

Handle ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.

Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
