Job Description

·      Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.

·      Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with industry specifications, customer requirements, and internal quality standards.

·      Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in the manufacturing process and take corrective actions to prevent substandard products from reaching the market.

·      Utilize statistical methods and data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns related to product quality and process improvements.

·      Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.

·      Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement, recommend solutions, and implement best practices to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

·Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid reoccurrence.

·      Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspection results, and corrective actions taken. Prepare regular reports for management on quality performance and improvement initiatives.

·      Work with suppliers to ensure that incoming raw materials and components meet quality standards and specifications.

·      Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer-specific quality requirements.


Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical engineering

·      3-5 years of working experience at the field of sheet metal forming, welding and painting inspections

·      Lean & Six Sigma manufacturing very good background

·      Very good skills in Problem solving, analytical skills and time management

·      Experience at implementing and auditing of quality assurance and ISO internal auditing

·      six sigma green belt is preferred
