Overall Role Purpose: 
     Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the sales of telecom  solutions within a designated territory. This role requires a proactive approach to acquiring new accounts while also maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships. The Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ telecommunications needs and proposing tailored solutions that meet those requirements.
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to telecom solutions.
• Create tailored sales strategies for each client based on their specific business needs and objectives.
• Manage Smart Telecom Solutions Sales process and revenue growth.
• Design and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
• Achieve goals and enhance the Smart Telecom Solutions 's visibility in the marketplace.
• Build and utilizing the sales force to drive profitable outcomes.
• Foster enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs and collaborating closely with them.
