Senior HR Manager Assistant

  • Assist the Senior HR Manager in planning and following up on HR projects and tasks.
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain minutes of meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Coordinate and manage the Senior HR Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle office supplies procurement and ensure availability of resources for the HR department.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing projects, maintain timelines, and report updates to the Senior HR Manager.
  • Communicate with internal departments to gather information and provide updates on HR initiatives.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as required by the Senior HR Manager.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating internal HR events and activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in HR.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.• Knowledge of HR practices and policies is a plus.
