Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Associate to join our team. This role involves tele-sales, vendor registration, client handling, and collaboration with the design team to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen interest in sales and client relations within the events and exhibitions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition
- Conduct tele-sales to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Identify potential clients and market segments to expand the company's client base.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings (online and in-person) to present company services.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates on progress.
Vendor Registration and Administration
- Handle vendor registration processes with new and existing clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Maintain a database of vendors and clients with accurate records of interactions.
- Follow up with clients and vendors to finalize registration or contractual formalities.
Client Handling and Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Liaise with the design team to communicate client requirements and feedback clearly.
- Ensure timely delivery of design proposals and project deliverables to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and client needs.
