Overview

• Prepare and update any technical drawing needed for Plant Equipment, develop, implement and maintain archiving systems both physical and on line for all plant equipment documents.

Responsibilities:

1-Health & Safety:

• Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation, as well as the Company's HSE Policies, Rules, and Standards.
• Ensure the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained at all times.
• Follow all HSE Procedures, both Management and Operational.
• Commit to gain all HSE competencies and capabilities relevant to the job role, as outlined in the country HSE training matrix (mandatory for the position or required based on the individual's activities).

2-Functional:

• Create any CAD drawing needed
• Modify on any CAD drawing existing and modify the design.
• Effectively assist in preparing planning for the expected changes and adapt the necessary drawings and modifications to cope with that.
• Effectively assist in controlling existing drawing both in a physical and logical manner.
• Define specifications of sub-contracted jobs together with the Head of Mechanical departments.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Lafarge Model.
• Ensure good quality of communication with other departments.
• Ensure that all the necessary materials for mechanical equipment are available for the planned operations and meet the required quantity and quality documents for it.
• Plan major mechanical equipment annual overhauls.
• Responsible for obtaining maintenance related drawings for the suppliers/manufacturers in the case of any modifications.
• Responsible for filing and easy availability of relevant drawings.
• Inspection of fabricated items outside the plant and once it delivered to receiving inventory such as ( Shafts, Diaphragm structure, wheels, ...etc)
