Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company’s requirements and culture fit.
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter in Mass Hiring
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms.
