Marketing Supervisor

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the retail environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design promotional campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and activations to attract customers.
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including signage, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of marketing associates.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
  • Train team members on marketing best practices and tools.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Use customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing efforts.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with store managers to understand customer needs and align marketing efforts.
  • Partner with suppliers and vendors to secure promotional support and resources.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams to integrate online and offline campaigns

 


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing or a related roleTechnical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM platforms and analytics tools.Key Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
