Responsibilities
Sourcing:
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
Screening:
Review resumes and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, fit with the company culture, and potential for success.
Selection:
Extend job offers to qualified candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
Onboard new hires and provide necessary orientation.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding strategies.
Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
Talent Management:
Assist with talent management initiatives, such as performance reviews and succession planning.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Recruiter in Egypt.Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
