Skills
Qualification:
- BSc in Engineering or Business Administration
- MBA or advanced sales certifications is a plus
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years in B2B sales, marketing and product management
- At least 5 years in managerial/leading position
- A proven track record in building and managing a sales team that meets and exceeds sales targets
- Experience in selling Automation products and systems such as PLC, HMI, Sensors
Knowledge:
- Technical expertise and consultative selling in Automation products and systems
- Sales forecasting and reporting utilizing ERP and CRM tools
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with the company’s strategy
- Strong network of contacts within the industry incl. key decision makers.
- Good level of English proficiency
