Area Sales Manager

Sales Management and Strategy:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies for air compressors and related products within the assigned region.
  2. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by identifying and targeting potential customers in the region.
  3. Lead and manage a team of sales engineers to maximize sales performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.
  2. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions related to air compressors and associated equipment.
  3. Provide technical consultation and support to clients in choosing the best products for their requirements.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the air compressor industry.
  2. Monitor competitor activities and product offerings to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  3. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitive intelligence.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  1. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
  2. Present regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance and business development activities.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  1. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in air compressor technologies and industry standards.
  2. Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  3. Ensure that the team has the knowledge required to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.

Customer Support and After-Sales Services:

  1. Oversee the post-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  2. Coordinate with the service and support teams to ensure the timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of products.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any technical or commercial issues that may arise.

Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned area, including new market segments and potential partnerships.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing department to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the region.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the target market.

Team Leadership:

  1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales engineers, ensuring that they meet or exceed their individual targets.
  2. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
  3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for team members’ professional development.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience:At least 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on air compressors, industrial equipment, or related fields.Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams in a technical environment.Experience in business development and market expansion.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Strong technical knowledge of air compressors and related products.Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a sales team.Analytical skills to assess sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.Languages:Very Good in Arabic (native) and English (written and spoken).Basic requirements:Must reside in the Alexandria, or Delta areas.A valid driving license is required.Maximum age: 40 years old.
