- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions related to air compressors and associated equipment.
- Provide technical consultation and support to clients in choosing the best products for their requirements.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the air compressor industry.
- Monitor competitor activities and product offerings to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitive intelligence.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
- Present regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance and business development activities.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in air compressor technologies and industry standards.

Customer Support and After-Sales Services:
- Oversee the post-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the service and support teams to ensure the timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any technical or commercial issues that may arise.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned area, including new market segments and potential partnerships.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales engineers, ensuring that they meet or exceed their individual targets.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience:At least 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on air compressors, industrial equipment, or related fields.Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams in a technical environment.Experience in business development and market expansion.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Strong technical knowledge of air compressors and related products.Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a sales team.Analytical skills to assess sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.Languages:Very Good in Arabic (native) and English (written and spoken).Basic requirements:Must reside in the Alexandria, or Delta areas.A valid driving license is required.Maximum age: 40 years old.
