To achieve the sales targets set by the Sales Manager for various accounts within the same sector, ensuring all aspects of the sales process, from pre-sales to delivery, are efficiently coordinated and executed.
- To achieve sales targets set by his designated Sales Manager.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target assigned by the Sales Manager for different accounts in the same sector.
- Prepare a progress report on his active accounts and submit it to the Channels/Sales Manager for review and approval.
- Regularly updates the Channels/Sales Manager on the occurring systems and infrastructure of the client to assist him in identifying new opportunities.
- Prepare the commercial proposal and submit it to the Sales Manager for approval.
- Undertake the presales and commercial aspects for proposals.
- Assist the purchasing team in identifying suppliers/vendors and reviewing the final quotation before processing.
- Assist the Channels/Sales Manager in the preparation of the cost sheet in coordination with the technical team if needed.
- Coordinate with the assigned Projects team, ensuring the prepared project implementation plan complies with the sales deal.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Finance to ensure proper delivery to clients and payments to vendors are done without delay.
- Provide technical solutions in test & measurement equipment.
- Providing technical support to the field personnel either through phones or field visits.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Present technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
- Monitor credit limits, periods, and cash collection to ensure timely payments.
