A QA Testing is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications by planning and executing testing activities. They identify and document issues, collaborate with development teams to resolve them, and ensure that the final product meets the required standards.
Technical Skills- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.- Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or similar.- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) for test automation.- Familiarity with database testing (SQL queries) and API testing (REST/SOAP).- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.Soft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
