We are hiring For Importing & Exporting Food Products Company
Job Description:-
• Provide high-level administrative support to the business development team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate and oversee the import & export process, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.
• Prepare and review import & export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and Freight to arrange transportation, negotiate rates, and ensure delivery date of shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates and customers on the status of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of import & export transactions, including shipping documents, contracts, and compliance records.
• Stay up to date with changes in export & import regulations and trade policies to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
Job Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in BUSINESS Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in export & import logistics, preferably in a multinational company for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Familiarity with export & import documentation requirements, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing import & export documentation and records.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
