Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manages multiple projects across their life span up to delivery to client.
- Builds a strong working relationship with clients.
- As the main point of contact, establishes a clear line of communication with clients based on a solid understanding of their requirements.
- Analyses client requests and plans the project workflow according to client requirements while focusing on timely delivery
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Organizes pre-production meetings to ensure all relevant contributors fully understand the project requirements
- Allocates resources and communicates clear project information to the relevant departments in a timely manner, ensuring that client’s requests are well understood and carried out.
- Tracks all tasks to ensure they are scheduled according to plan, and that all due dates/deadlines are being met efficiently.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices.
- Constantly updates project stakeholders with any changes.
- Provides strategic solutions to any issues that may arise to both clients and internal resources.
- Adheres to security policies and protects information assets
- Other related tasks as assigned.
