At Novochem, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team!
Your Mission:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate a daily dispatching plan to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
- Coordinate internally with production, R&D, warehouse and sales teams, externally with logistics contactors and even the 3PL entities to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update order records in the company’s system.
- Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any changes.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
- Handle order-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate regular reports on order status and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.- 2–3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar role.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
