- Act as a coach to the team, fostering an Agile mindset and practices.
- Protect the team from external disruptions and distractions.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.

Education and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.Experience:Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.Skills:Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.Proficiency in Agile tools and metrics for tracking team performance.
