Position Title: Sales Engineer
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Egypt
Unit / Division / Department / Section: Sales
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Establishing Good Working Relationships: Develop and maintain good working relationships through continuous contact of designated users and contractors
Liaising with Proposal Department: Liaise with the Proposals Department to ensure that all the quotations are submitted on time in accordance with the Company policies.
Follow-ups Sales:
- Follow up with the contractors for all the allocated Quotations
- Achieve his sales target by closing deals and sell
Customer Satisfaction:
- After Sales visits to customers and end users to ensure that all the customer requirements related to the project are met to their satisfaction
Monthly Reports:
- Review the sales results with the Area Sales Manager on a monthly basis and report action taken to rectify any adverse variances
Updates to the Sales Manager:
- Issuing Weekly sales visit report to the sales manager in order to update and discuss the future course of action with him.
CRM Updates:
- Update CRM on a regular basis

Internal: Area Sales Manager, Proposal Engineer, Proposal Manager, Technical Dept., Projects Dept, Production Dept., Delivery Dept., Finance Dept., Legal Dept.
External: End-users, contractors and consultants

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS7.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in a Sales Job

- Good communicator with negotiation skills
- Empathic listener (with an intention to understand others' point of view)
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
