About the Role - FP&A’s responsibilities are the financial support for the strategic plan; run future financial projections; budgeting, forecasting, reporting and control of the P&L; cash flow and capital adequacy management; scenario analysis and risk management support; and project reporting and investment appraisal.
Responsibilities -
- Track performance against key targets and outcomes, producing regular corporate-level management information for senior management and the Board.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate and reliable management information that has been validated with key stakeholders.
- Prepare regular financial reports providing an overview of business and financial performance, including trends, actionable insights, and strategic implications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the Finance Department's goals.
- Communicate relevant financial insights and analyses effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust planning and analysis capabilities to equip senior leadership with analytical tools for goal setting and performance measurement.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of financial forecasting processes, including communications, timetables, and data requirements.
- Create and manage quarterly financial forecasts to be utilized by Business Partners, senior management, and the Board.
- Use financial models and trend analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning, ensuring insights are communicated effectively across the business.
- Maintain the integrity of financial models and projections by implementing appropriate controls, thorough documentation, and rigorous testing.
- Produce professional, high-quality reports and presentations summarizing financial forecasts and key insights for senior management and the Board.
- Present financial information and analysis to external parties when required, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
- Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting, (Financial Modeling and Valuation analyst, FMVA is preferred)
- Over 8 years of relevant experience, minimum of 4 years as a FP&A

- Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
- Strong modelling and analytic skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with ability to think independently and draw conclusions.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and SAP ERP
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Broad knowledge of automated accounting systems.
- Thinking in a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities.
