Role purpose:
To optimise and execute the Reward and recognition processes of _VOIS Europe (Hungary, Albania) by delivering operational and analytics support on benefit schemes, recognition frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual reward review cycle.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Conduct end to end Annual Reward Review process covering annual salary review, bonus and share plan, as per timelines
• Support market research for compensation and new activities to understand the labor market potential and cost implications
• Assist in developing and maintaining salary structures and compensation frameworks
• Define and execute plans for projects related to Annual Reward Review: identify project needs, goal, resources, deadlines, plan (i.e. testing, update of functionalities)
• Ensure data accuracy for reward related data – coordinate with HR Operations and HRBPs for accuracy
• Keep in contact with and update different stakeholders involved in projects
• Solve deep functional issues in SuccessFactors compensation module/variable pay module
• Test, execute and enable implementation of online systems for compensation & variable pay module
• Embed reward and recognition policies and frameworks (local, global).
• Support Share plan administration on a regular basis and coordinate with HR Operations for this as required
• Analyse reward related data and provide insights into trends, risks and opportunities.
• Act as a consultant to HRBPs and business leaders, on the effective implementation of reward processes
• Support implementation of the _VOIS reward strategy in line with the Vodafone Group’s policies
• Build communication and create appropriate awareness of reward guidelines
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Good breadth of Finance or Controlling experience (3 years plus)
• HR generalist/specialist/project management experience is a plus
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Analytical, problem-solving skills to deal with costs and trends, prepare analysis
• Experience with budgeting
• Fluent English skills both written and spoken
• Attention to details and ability to see the big picture at the same time
• Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Local network of other reward professionals
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge

• University of college degree in economics, HR, finance or psychology
