Senior Sales Executive

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and maintaining profit margins. Close sales by finalizing contracts, overseeing order processing, and ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the interior finishing materials industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and distributors, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with company objectives and profit margins.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities, gathering insights that inform the company’s sales strategy. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management on sales performance and market developments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).6+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on selling interior finishing materials (specifically doors, porcelain tiles, and/or parquet flooring).Experience in B2B sales to architects, designers, contractors, and project developers is highly preferred.Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong technical understanding of finishing materials such as doors, porcelain tiles, and parquet flooring, with the ability to explain product benefits and applications to clients.Must have a car.
