Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market in the 6th of October City and surrounding areas.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Preferred candidate should reside in the 6th of October City or nearby areas.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Presenting and marketing real estate projects to potential clients.
- Providing expert advice to clients based on their needs.
- Completing sales processes and negotiating with clients.
- Following up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
- Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth transactions.
