Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer

United Electromechanical, authorized distributor of Siemens, seeks an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our team in City of Sadat.

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using PLC, SCADA, DCS (particularly PCS7) and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop and commission automation systems using PLC, SCADA, DCS and industrial networks.

2. Program and configure industrial networks (ProfiNet, Profibus, Ethernet IP, Modbus, DeviceNet, etc.).

3. Conduct feasibility studies, prepare proposals and participate in tender submissions.

4. Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering.

3. Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens preferred).

4. Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS and industrial networks.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
