Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Excellent user MICROSOFT office1 to 3 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience with job analysis, organizational charts, Workload Analysis, and Job Description Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
