An internationally recognized award-winning travel organization is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our local team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving agent acquisition and revenue growth within the Spanish market. With a strong focus on extensive call interactions, you will provide outstanding service and collaborate across multiple channels to ensure exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary sales contact for travel agents via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in local sales processes, including credit management, offline activities, lead generation, training, and complaint resolution.
• Provide sales support and guidance to travel agents utilizing online reservation system.
• Support sales managers with various office and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with internal HQ teams to drive solutions, resolve issues, and follow up on sales cases.
• Translate messages and facilitate communication in Italian.
•This role is both hands-on and multifaceted, combining sales and operations functions specifically for the Italian market.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the travel industry (B2B).• Previous experience in servicing travel agents or travel suppliers.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• A proactive team player with a self-starter mentality.• Proficient in Arabic and good in English Language.
