• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand shop architectures for home appliances, balancing functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure that shop designs align with brand standards and expectations.
2. Design Collaboration:
• Work with design teams and external agencies to translate conceptual ideas into detailed schematic designs.
• Apply full specifications and engineering requirements to ensure practical implementation.
3. Agency and Vendor Management:
• Engage and oversee external agencies and suppliers involved in design, branding, and construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
4. Construction Oversight:
• Monitor and coordinate construction processes, including material selection, manufacturing techniques, and quality control measures.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess progress and resolve potential issues.
• Address any on-site challenges to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Product Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Participate in product testing and evaluations to identify and address any design or engineering concerns.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in execution.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
• Ensure that all documentation adheres to company standards and industry best practices.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to management on project status and outcomes.
7. Innovation:
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.• 7-9 years of experience in in managing projects, Retail, including collaboration with global design and construction agencies.• Excellent in English.• Proven experience in shop design and development.• Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods.• In-depth knowledge of retail design principles, space planning, and consumer experience.• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other design tools.• Familiarity with project management software for planning and tracking progress.
