Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications. - Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met

- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
- Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety/ Environment
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
- Writing management/technical reports and customers’ charters

- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
- Directing objectives to maximize profitability
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
- Monitoring performance
- Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
- Ensure compliance with all quality programs, including GMP and HACCP
- Evaluate and assist in developing processes, specifications, and critical control points in manufacturing, for ongoing quality assurance of all finished goods
- Manage HACCP assessments and reassessments. Compose and edit HACCP plans and strategies for new products. Manage HACCP records and file maintenance
- Maintain current libraries for all GMPs, SOPs
- Participate and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental SOPs
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Business Administration* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role* Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma,Lean) • Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards* Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
