Job Purpose:
The Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company’s brand presence across various platforms, including the company website, digital product catalogs, social media, and managing relationships with key customers. This role will ensure consistent brand messaging and drive brand awareness, while also being responsible for digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management and Brand Awareness:

Develop and execute strategies to enhance and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across all marketing channels.
Ensure that all marketing materials (website, catalogs, social media, advertisements, etc.) are aligned with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
Monitor and analyze brand performance and work with management to make adjustments as needed to strengthen the brand’s position in the market.

Website Management and Design:

Oversee the design and development of the company’s website to ensure it is aligned with the brand identity and marketing goals.
Regularly update and maintain website content, including product listings, news, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s image and voice.
Ensure the website provides an excellent user experience (UX) and is optimized for conversions.
Digital Product Catalogs:

Collaborate with the product and sales teams to design and create digital catalogs that highlight the company’s offerings and are consistent with the brand’s image.
Ensure product catalogs are up-to-date, easy to navigate, and aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media and Digital Presence:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging and brand-aligned content to promote products, services, and company values.
Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, content creation, and responding to customer inquiries.
Track performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for improved brand recognition and customer engagement.
Key Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging brand loyalty.
Customize marketing approaches to meet the specific needs and preferences of key customers, ensuring alignment with the brand.
Regularly communicate with key customers to update them on new products, services, and promotions, and gather feedback to enhance customer relationships and improve marketing efforts.
Marketing Campaign Coordination:

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns that reinforce the brand’s message and objectives, across digital, print, and event channels.
Ensure that all campaigns are executed effectively, on time, and within budget.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to improve future strategies and enhance brand impact.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor marketing activities.
Use insights from market research to refine brand strategies and differentiate the company from competitors.
Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure that marketing campaigns and materials are aligned with the brand’s identity and business objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and the execution of brand-related initiatives.


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and digital marketing.Experience in website management, content creation, and brand alignment.Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation for brand engagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Strong understanding of branding principles and market positioning.Personal Skills:Creative thinking and problem-solving ability, with a strong eye for detail.Strong analytical skills for measuring brand performance and campaign success.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different functions.Passion for building and maintaining a strong brand identity.
