- Reviews the production daily during his shift to achieve the production plan.
- Follows up Shift team activities, coaches them effectively, and gives them on-the-job training.
- Oversees applying food safety systems, such as GMPs, HACCP, and hygiene, in his shift.
- Prepares a report on the shift productivity, material consumption, and quality.
- Assigns team members tasks to be completed each shift to keep workflow.
- Diagnoses problems in the production line and provides recommendations and solutions.
- Ensures to maintenance of an In-process quality Control System. i.e. Testing at all stages & Traceability of Records from Raw- Materials to finish.
- Contributes to ISO audits to pass any external audits to conform to ISO requirements
- Communicates effectively with concerned departments (Quality, Filling, etc) to facilitate work.
- Organizes and supervises the activities and work of subordinates.
- Recommends improvements to policy and directs the implementation of instructions covering all areas of the operation department.
- Conducts weekly maintenance plans in cooperation with the engineering dept.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry engineering or Science.From 3:5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing FMCG.Excellent in English.Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel- Word- PowerPoint).SAP User is preferred.
