Mena Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Networks with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience in network systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems related to networks, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, and implement).
• Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
• Produce outline designs and specifications for mechanical systems.
• Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data, and interpret results.
• Test and evaluate theoretical designs to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
• Evaluate the final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety.
• Alter and modify designs to meet specific requirements and eliminate malfunctions.
• Estimate the budget and scope of projects and ensure adherence to cost constraints.
• Solicit observations and feedback from operators to improve product functionality.
• Prepare detailed product reports, documentation, and technical specifications.
• Engage in lifelong learning to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and develop new methods or theories.
• Experience: Proven working experience in mechanical engineering.• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Working experience with PLM tools.• Analysis Tools: Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).• Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE): Hands-on experience with CAM and CAE tools.• Design Tools: Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE, or similar).• Engineering Analysis Tools: Adequate knowledge of tools such as ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar.• Mathematical Computing: Knowledge of mathematical computing and analysis tools (e.g., Matlab, Excel, LabView).• Core Engineering Concepts: Solid understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, and related areas.• Creativity & Analytical Skills: Ability to approach engineering challenges with creativity and strong analytical thinking.• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical knowledge in an understandable manner.• Technical Writing Skills: Strong technical writing skills for documentation and reporting.• Education: B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
