- Follow-up with employees on their technical issues to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting and to ensure end user’s satisfaction.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues (LAN & WLAN) even over WAN.
- Network and switches and VLANs management.
- Work with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS,GPo and troubleshoot daily problems.
- Work with the Kaspersky Security Center and Kaspersky Cloud to keep clients updated and secured.
- Work with Sophos XG firewall & fortigate & pfsense and create firewall policies up on request.
- Work with VMware ESXI &vcenter &Hyperv
- Work with backup solution systems (Veeams server ,veritas,….)
- Work with storage solution systems (San & Nas Storage Qnap,…)
- Work with Monitor program (Net Monitor, Manage Engine ,Desktop Central
Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant fieldExperience in computer network, administration, hardware, and installation.proven Knowledge in Windows server services “”AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO…etc.”Proven knowledge in dealing with Office 365, Kaspersky Security Center, Sophos XG forti GATE Firewall , VMware ESXI,Hyperv .CCNA and MCSA certificates are preferred (courses or self-study at least).Very Good in EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
