* Install and maintain software and hardware like PCs, printers, networking equipment, network operating systems
•  Diagnose and solve network connectivity issues.
* Provide technical assistance and support to all employees regarding software & Hardware issues.

Technical Qualifications(Self Study):
1. CompTIA A+: Basic computer hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
2. CompTIA Network+: Networking fundamentals.
3. CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate): Networking certification.
4. Microsoft product knowledge.

Educational Requirements :Associate's/Bachelor's Degree: Preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
