Responsibilities

Stock Controlling 

*Stock controlling , posting count gain/loss on SAP and analysis major difference with system tracking  

*Monthly Production loss analysis with rout cause and working with operation team to control the 

*Make sure all production orders posted on SAP 

*Make sure all Materials supplied covered with valid purchase orders 

*Suppliers creations related to factory : Creating all supplier through vendor master portal and follow its authorizations till activated on SAP live 

*Controlling and posting Factory related provisions : making sure we post all provisions before months end closing and reversing same on payment and keeping hygiene provision list with tracking sheet 

*Monitoring 3P(sub-contracting ) manufacturing and identify normal and abnormal wastage with posting on SAP .

Capex Expenditure and Fixed Asset  

*controlling any request for quotations for needed capex and make sure all needed quotes ready in place 

*Involve with Operation team to improve purchasing prices and improving payment terms 

*Monthly reporting of Capex progress , commissioning and Capitalization  Managing Annual budget Capex Deprecation and its cash flow 

*Managing annual Physical verification for Fixed asset and lead any asset write off proposals 

*Scrap Dealers : Follow involving , credit limit , SAP balance for Scrap stock , renewing contracts , grouping new quotations once needed , clearing SAP account 

Factory related accounting

*Controlling and posting Factory related provisions : making sure we post all provisions before months end closing and reversing same on payment and keeping hygiene provision list with tracking sheet 

*Controlling Ops Direct and Fixed overhead ( Monthly reporting with variance analysis )

*Controlling monthly Fright ( in and out ) with approved rate card and make sure all Depot movements posted on SAP 

*Ensure Purchase order hygiene of SAP for all related Purchase orders related to factory 

*Solving all issues related to Ops team and Finance 

Qualifications

*Experience in FMGC is a must with min 8 Years 

*SAP experience is a must 

*Micro soft skills is a must especially excel and power point 

*Very good in English specking and writing 

*Conduct other duties within the scope of this job description as required
