  1. Production Management
    Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met.
    Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
  2. Quality Assurance
    Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control measures.
    Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain product integrity.
  3. Staff Leadership
    Recruit, train, and supervise production staff.
    Foster a positive and safe work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
  4. Inventory and Supply Management
    Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
    Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  5. Process Improvement
    Identify inefficiencies in production processes and implement solutions.
    Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance productivity.
  6. Budgeting and Cost Control
    Prepare and manage the factory budget, controlling operational costs.
    Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
     

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in a managerial role within the food industry.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a manufacturing facility, requiring adherence to safety protocols.May involve working in conditions that include noise, temperature variations, and exposure to machinery.
