Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and report variances.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.Warehouse experience.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
