- He/she will be in charge of all quality assurance activities in the
Consumer products factory. - The quality assurance specialist's responsibilities
include developing and implementing quality assurance policies,
conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or
product issues, and presenting solutions - Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Previous experience of implementation HACCP - ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System)
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety ISO 45001 , IS09001NFSA visits
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests
- identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Documenting quality assurance activities and reports.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in food science and technologyPrefer candidates be near Sadat City residents3 - 2 years of previous Quality Assurance work experience is requiredKnowledge of the food manufacturing ,processing operations and food packaging including -Related laws and regulations is required.Effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to accurately prepare written technical reports.Very good command of the English language.Very good computer skills (MS Office).
