• Identify employee training needs analysis through efficiency gap analysis and reports Preparation of the annual operational training plan for restaurants.
• Preparation of training plans for employees according to job requirements and learning analysis
• Delivering training programs relevant to the operations needs to ensure brand standards are implemented on the ground
• Conduct post training assessment to continuously improve the quality of training and ensuring its optimum impact on operational performance
• Maintaining the training materials updates, making the recommended improvements and supervisor the training courses implementation
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other learning and development materials.
