Responsibilities:
- Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure that project deadlines are met promptly.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Utilize the industry's best tools, practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution.
Education :Bachelor's Degree from a Reputable University.Experience:From 2-3 years experience in project management.
